Increase Your Libido!

So, you want to know how to increase your libido? There are several natural ways to increase the female libido. And in this blog, I will discuss a few of those ways. In order to jump start and maintain a healthy libido – first, get plenty of rest. This will ensure less irritability throughout the day, along with more energy for pleasurable activities. 30 minutes of exercise a day will also help increase your libido (Hint: inviting your partner to exercise with you is an added aphrodisiac!). Welcome to my practice!

I am a board certified Ob/Gyn working in private practice at 317 El Camino Real, Suite 310, Encinitas, CA 92024 .  Please contact my office at 760-635-5600 to make an appointment.

I am presently doing just Gynecology, as the Obstetrical part of my job (delivering babies) was incredibly exhilarating for me, but also very sleep depriving. So I decided to limit my practice to gynecological care for women in order to pursue some of my other passions: clinical research and writing.

On this site, you will gain valuable knowledge about your general health, spiritual well-being and intimate relationships. My hope is to inspire you to live the fullest, most invigorating life possible.
